Can I exchange a product?

You can exchange all products within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please return the incorrect size or style to the address below and place a new order. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund your order.

Have you received my return?

Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, we will refund your order and confirm upon email. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days from the day our warehouse receives your return to process it.

When will I be refunded?

As soon as we have received your return, the item(s) will undergo a quality control check at our warehouse. Once the return has been accepted you will receive an email notification confirming the refund. All successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Once refunded please allow 3-5 business days for the money to be at your disposal depending on your bank.

Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Will I be charged sales taxes?

For international orders outside of the European Union, customs duties may be charged depending on the country of residence. The carrier will contact you if there are any extra charges or customs clearance requirements, which might delay the delivery.

Liniere Lingerie is not responsible for the payment of these duties or any other fees imposed by customs.. By law, we cannot change the order value on commercial invoices, as we must adhere to all international import/export laws.

If your order is placed within the European Union, Danish sales taxes and VAT are included in the price, and no additional duties will be added upon arrival in the destination country, in accordance with customs policies for sales within Europe. However, if your order is placed outside of Europe, you will not have to pay Danish sales taxes and VAT, but you will be responsible for paying any additional taxes and duties in the destination country.

You are responsible for the return costs and any other expenses associated with the return. Please read our return information.
