You can withdraw your purchase and receive a refund by returning your item to Liniere Lingerie within 14 days of receiving it. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. We recommend keeping your postal receipt as proof of return.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to return
If you are located within Denmark, you must use our Return Portal to register your return. A return label will be generated automatically through the portal. Once your return has been processed, a return shipping fee of 49 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
If you are located outside Denmark, you must arrange the return shipment yourself using a home delivery service directly to the address below. Please include your order number in your parcel for reference. Returns are at the customer’s expense, and we cannot accept parcels sent to a pick-up point.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that processing your return may take 2–3 business days from the date we receive your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need a different style or size, you may return the received item and place a new order.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are shipped from Denmark within 1–3 business days. Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.
We ship with GLS (delivery in 1–2 business days), PostNord (delivery in 5–10 business days), and DHL Express (delivery in 2–4 business days).
All shipments include tracking and insurance. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the parcel or its contents, report it to your courier immediately or within two days of receipt. Liniere Lingerie is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit.
