Shipping, Returns & Refunds

 

Shipping Details:

- Processing Time: Your order will be shipped from Denmark within 1-2 business days. Processing occurs Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.

Shipping Carriers:

• GLS (Delivery in 1-2 business days) 
• PostNord (Delivery in 5-10 business days).
• DHL Express (Delivery in 2-4 business days).

Important Information:

- Tracking & Insurance: All shipments include tracking and insurance. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you find any damage to the package or its contents, report it to your courier immediately or within two days of receipt and return the merchandise to us.

- Liability: Liniere Lingerie is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit.

Returns:

- Order Changes: Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are not permitted. However, you can return the received items and place a new order for the correct style or size.

- Return Policy: You can withdraw your purchase and get a refund or exchange a product by returning it to Liniere Lingerie within 14 days of receiving it. The deadline is met if you return the goods within this 14-day period. Liniere Lingerie is not responsible for the return shipping costs, and no refund of the original shipping fee will be issued. We recommend you to keep the postal receipt once shipped.
