Returns & Exchanges
You can withdraw your purchase and receive a refund by returning your item to Liniere Lingerie within 14 days of receiving it. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped within the 14-day period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. We recommend keeping your postal receipt as proof of return.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to return
Please arrange your return using a courier of your choice and send it directly to the address below. Remember to include your order number inside the parcel for reference. Returns are at your own expense, and we cannot accept packages sent to pick-up points. We recommend that you ship the parcel with tracking and keep the postal receipt.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing after we receive your package. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to change size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
